These terms apply to Qrona Newsletter (newsletter.qrona.se), provided by Qrona AB, Swedish company registration number 556675-2894. If your organisation has a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

The service

With the service you create newsletters, manage recipient lists and send mailings from your organisation's own verified sender domain, with statistics on delivery and engagement.

Your responsibility as a sender

• You only send to recipients who have given their consent or whom you may otherwise lawfully send to, and you can show this.
• Every mailing states who is sending it and a valid postal address, and the recipient can always unsubscribe.
• You do not use bought, rented or scraped address lists.
• The content complies with the law and good practice: no fraudulent, misleading or harmful content, no phishing and no malicious code.
• You handle the recipients' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data processing agreement.

Approval, limits and suspension

A new workspace is reviewed before it may send. We set limits on how much may be sent and may pause a mailing or suspend a workspace if the share of bounces or spam complaints becomes high, or if the terms are breached — to protect the recipients and other customers' deliverability.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure but give no warranties beyond what has been agreed. Our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you have paid for the service during the last twelve months, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may change the terms. Material changes are announced in advance in the service or by email.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts.
